Kacey
(Education Coordinator)

A shelter rescue and fear aggressive in her early years, Kacey's self-confidence has been heartwarming to watch blossom. Today, she is a social butterfly with adults and children, and interacts with canines with no more lunging. Kacey is well educated as she attends most seminars with Sylvie. She has taught us unconditional love and loyalty, and that educating canines is fun!

Coyote
(Membership Director)

Our rescue Coyote is our newest member of the family and the most active (that's an understatement). Besides perfecting his public manners, Coyote is training to be a search and rescue canine and so far shows great promise. He reminds us not to take life too seriously and have fun!

Magic
(Director of Marketing)

Highly respected by the canines, this little rescue Cockatiel keeps an eye on all training sessions and loudly proclaims his disapproval as needed. In the summer, he even joins the group classes. He has taught us that freedom is in the heart. Angels can come in little packages.

This website is dedicated in memory of Jake,Rusty, Max and Mystic.

Jake (Social Director)
February 1996 - May 2004

Easy going and calm, our rescue Jake was our lesson in going with the flow and adapting. He loved hiking and being petted by all humans. Because of his gentle nature and high tolerance, Jake accompanied Sylvie often to help dog-aggressive dogs. He taught us patience ,gentleness and bonding.

Jake proved he was mankinds best friend.

Rusty January 1989 - August 2003

Our vocal Long-Haired Dachshund freely gave his opinions on matters of the board. At 14, he believed that Age is Wisdom and so he was heard often. Rusty was the master of perseverance and determination to get to goals. He reminded us to go after life with gusto.

so long little guy, we will never forget you.

Rusty

Max

Our rescue Max, who opened up my world to alternatives and animal communications. I am grateful to him that I never gave up on his thunderphobia, for if I had, I would have lost countless gifts.

Mystic

Our soft and gentle Cockatiel Mystic showed me how to open my heart so that I may enjoy life to its fullest.
